I love long term relationships and working as an ad-hoc staff member. For groups that want that type of consistent support, it allows us to develop regular, engaging communications. However, I understand not all organizations are in a financial position to do that. I'm committed to supporting social change organizations large and small, and that includes building communications capacity. On the projects we'll work on, I consider how organizations can manage things on their own when I'm finished laying the groundwork.
